I used to be a big fan of Australian cricket team during late 90’s or early 2000’s.
In addition to their existing squad, I used to admire their bench strength.
If someone is out of team for a match ( Injury or form ) , it was hell difficult for the regular player to come back in the team as the replacement player were always match ready.
How many of us build teams like this , where every one is replaceable including the leader ?
Imagine the performance levels of these teams .
