Money cannot be the only motivator while changing jobs.

While I believe that money should be a factor while changing job, but that cannot be the only motivating factor, right?

If you are in right organisation, right role and you are learning and expressing yourself at work, you are going to make a lot of money for sure and no one can stops you. 

Even if the same organisation doesn’t pays you, your market value is going to increase for sure and you will get paid accordingly. 

Have seen people earning good salary, but not able to contribute due to current manager, unmatched role or little exposure to express their experience. Although there is a comfort, but you cannot expect great growth from this kind of set up.

Keep learning, keep growing.
